Marinade
Apple Cider Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Brown Sugar
Liquid Smoke
Garlic
Slice Chanterelles maybe 1/4″ thick
Marinate for 12 hours
Place on baking sheet and bake @ 350 for 20min
Transfer to fruit leather tray and dehydrate on low for 12 hours
Note: there is lots of room for experimentation with ingredients, size of mushroom pieces, and level of dehydration. I took these out a little on the early side of a traditional jerky texture and was quite happy with the results
