Gift Certificate – Mini Mushrooms Class

Join me at my home in NW Seattle to learn about from an experienced mushroom forager and grower. This gift certificate is good for one individual - each additional person is $50. Classes typically include 2-4 individuals.

I will guide you through the process of finding and identifying the most popular edible mushrooms in our region. We will use photo, video, custom-made illustrated guides, and preserved mushrooms to learn the basics of identification. I will share where I go, and how I look for new spots.

We will also spend 20-30 minutes in my small mushroom lab where I will walk you through the basics of growing mushrooms. This is a good starting point for those interested in growing, and it's also useful to understand more about how fungi work.
