We’re inching into spring mushroom season with low-elevation areas showing the most progress. This Saturday we will scout river bottom areas around Snohomish County in search of verpa and oysters near cottonwoods. I’m sure we will find plenty of other common spring mushrooms too including mica caps, and maybe some jellies.
