• Refunds for online classes will be honored up to the scheduled start date.
• Guided tours may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Refund requests received after these deadlines are not eligible for a refund.

By submitting content to the Website or through our Services, you grant Salish Mushrooms, LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute such content for promotional and operational purposes. • Arbitration will take place on an individual basis only. Group, collective, or class actions are not permitted.
• This provision does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small claims court for eligible disputes.
Mushroom Foraging and Safety Disclaimer
Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of consuming wild mushrooms, including the possibility of misidentification, which may result in illness or death. You are solely responsible for accurately identifying any mushrooms you consume. Salish Mushrooms, LLC does not assume liability for any consequences resulting from your choices or actions.
Photography Consent
You grant Salish Mushrooms, LLC the right to use photographs or videos taken during events for promotional, educational, or informational purposes across social media, blogs, or other channels. If you wish to request the removal of specific photos, please contact jeremy@salishmushrooms.com.
Educational Materials Disclaimer
Educational materials provided through courses or events are for informational purposes only. Salish Mushrooms, LLC assumes no responsibility for how this information is applied in practice. Always consult a professional for any specific guidance related to mushroom foraging or consumption.

- Users are solely responsible for accurately identifying any mushrooms they handle, collect, or consume. Salish Mushrooms, LLC does not assume liability for any consequences resulting from your choices or actions.
- Even correctly identified edible wild mushroom species can cause adverse reactions in some individuals. All wild mushrooms should be thoroughly cooked before consumption, and users should start with small quantities when trying a new species.
- Individual sensitivities, improper preparation, or consumption of spoiled specimens of even correctly identified edible species can result in illness or, in rare cases, death.
- Users should never consume any wild mushroom unless they are 100% certain of its identification and edibility.
- Our information regarding edibility, toxicity, or medicinal properties of mushrooms is based on generally accepted knowledge at the time of publication, but such knowledge may change over time.
