Link Your App Store Purchase Connect your Forayz Pro purchase to your website account
If you purchased Forayz Pro through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and can’t access Pro features on the website, we can help link your purchase to your web account.
This can happen if you signed up through the app and don’t have a separate website login, or if your app and website accounts aren’t connected yet.
How to find your account details
- Open the Forayz app on your phone
- Tap your account icon (top right)
- Scroll down and expand “Account Details”
- Note your User ID and email address
Send us your details
Include the following in your email and we’ll get your account linked:
- Your User ID from the app
- The email address shown in Account Details
- Which store you purchased from (Apple or Google Play)

We typically respond within 24 hours. Once linked, your Pro access will work on both the app and the website.
