I spoke with Michael Beug author of the recently published mushroom identification book Mushrooms of Cascadia. We discussed how to use this ‘illustrated key’, and how it compliments other popular guides like Mushrooms of the Redwood Coast and the MycoMatch app.
Michael has a long history with mushrooms in the northwest. If you might want an updated identification guide, or have some interest in learning more about key figures in the pnw mushroom world, I think you will enjoy our conversation.
