Mini Mushroom Class

$50.00Join me at my house in Greenwood for a mini mushroom class that focuses on getting you ready for the upcoming mushroom season. We will cover: – Key edible mushrooms and common lookalikes – Where and when to go – Poisonous mushrooms – Habitats – Steps for identifying an unknown mushroom This mini class will only have 1-4 attendees so there will be plenty of opportunities to focus on some of your specific interests including identifying suitable habitat in specific areas, certain mushrooms you are most interested in learning, or other mushroom-related topics. * This mini class is hosted from my home, not in the field. I do host outdoor tours throughout the season as well but this is meant to cover a lot of ground that would be difficult to do in the city
What to Bring
- A notebook and pen for taking notes
- Water and a snack
- Any field guides or reference books you’d like to discuss
Class Location: Greenwood, Seattle. Specific room and arrival details are sent to registered students before the class.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund or credit toward a future class if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
